I now call Houston, TX home, where I live with my lovable rescue pitbull, Millie. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, I’ve always found beauty in the simple things, and that small-town mindset shapes the way I approach both my work and relationships.

Outside of work, health and fitness are a big part of my life. I enjoy running, lifting, yoga, and nourishing my body with healthy food. Mental health is equally important to me, and I believe it’s just as crucial to take care of your mind as it is your body. When I'm not working on my fitness, you’ll likely find me outdoors—long boarding, paddle boarding, hiking, or enjoying a peaceful picnic. I love traveling and experiencing new things, always ready for the next adventure. I’m currently training for some half marathons and have set my sights on completing a HYROX event, which combines fitness with a mental challenge.

That being said, I can also be a homebody, curling up with a good book, playing video games, or sketching something new. Fun fact, I am a major plant enthusiast! Life is all about balance, and I make sure to take time to recharge in whatever way feels right.
